Jobbox is a unique cloud-based inbox created for every company—by anyone: a candidate, an HR professional, or even a well-wisher. Each company has a unique identity, similar to an email address, like company@jobbox.one. For example, for Microsoft, it could be microsoft@jobbox.one (for microsoft.com) or microsoft.ai@jobbox.one (for microsoft.ai). Once a box is created, anyone in the world can submit their application to it. Meanwhile, someone from the company’s HR team can claim the box. After successful authentication, we grant them access—ensuring your application is visible to the right people. Do you get to know if someone in HR has viewed or acted on your resume? Yes. We offer built-in analytics for job seekers, so you’re notified when your resume gets attention. What’s more, we reward strong resumes and proactive candidates by giving them credits, allowing them to submit more applications. HR teams are rewarded too—when they act proactively, they earn credits to unlock more features on Jobbox.
Companies are always hiring good candidates, but many job portals allow only time-bound listings. We based on feedback from HR professionals and companies solved this by offering an optiont to post “evergreen jobs” these jobs never expire.

These are simply links to job postings we've found across the web that match your profile and preferences. For better results, we recommend completing your job preferences and choices in your Jobbox account. You can select from a wide range of options—even mark companies you don't wish to share your profile with.
As the saying goes, you should marry someone who wants to marry you. In a similar way, Dream Job options allow job seekers to share their profiles—either as visible resumes or stealth (private) profiles—with companies of their choice, anywhere in the world. These preferences are also shown to companies, highlighting candidates who dream of working with them. This gives those candidates a slight edge during shortlisting and selection.
